Articulate your vision, so the right people and opportunities find you.

If you’ve landed here, chances are, marketing was never your “dream job.”
But with social media, online directories, and search engines becoming a vital part of how we connect, many wellness practitioners — dietitians, therapists, coaches, peer support specialists, doulas, and more — have had to stumble their way through a whole new set of skills.
The “solopreneur” approach may work for some (and we’re so happy for them!). But even when it does, the constant effort and unpredictability of changing algorithms can leave a bitter taste.
I’m supposed to be a [insert role here], not a social media manager, copywriter, graphic designer, PR machine, and brand expert!
And you’re right, this is essentially a second job — and likely one that you didn’t sign up for!
So, consider this my application… I want that job.
You might think of me as your Pizza Crust Marketer™️. Give me the parts of this work that stress you out, drain your energy, or that you’ve lost enthusiasm for.

📱 Social Media Manager
Let’s work together! (DIY)
I need a brainstorm buddy and a strategist who gets me excited to do this work again, and gives me feedback so I can keep getting better at it!
- Monthly strategy calls to refine your approach, brainstorm new content, review your analytics, and improve your skills
- Content reviews to receive direct feedback around engagement tactics, working with the algorithm, and boosting organic performance without spend
- Channel rebranding to pivot into a new niche strategically, or simply refresh the branding and content pillars with your existing platform
Let me handle it! (delegate)
I want to be on social media as little as possible. I’d prefer to just hand this off to someone that I deeply trust who can do the heavy lifting.
- Post creation either for an ad campaign or creating a specific number of posts per month to free up your time
- Collaboration calls where you share your half-baked ideas, hot takes, and expert insights, and I refine them into a collection of static posts, videos, or other useable content
- Social media management to outsource scheduling, engaging, planning, posting, and other logistics
📢 Marketing Expert
Let’s work together! (DIY)
I have big ideas but I’m not following through! I need someone to help me decide where to put my effort and what to prioritize in my marketing.
- Marketing audits to review your existing online presence, and offer feedback on what’s working and what isn’t (and what to do instead!)
- Brand consulting to answer questions like, “Should I start a Substack? Is my podcast a flop? Do I give TikTok a try?”
- Launch mapping to help create a bite-sized action plan for launching a workshop, self-paced course, newsletter, and more
Let me handle it! (delegate)
I need an extra person if I’m going to meet my goals. I’m limited with my current skillset and commitments, so I need someone who can take my vision and run with it.
- Website relaunch to refine your messaging, digital persona, and client niche to be as impactful and aligned as possible
- Brand campaign to generate engagement and interest in your services or a specific offering through a time-bound, strategic content series
- Channel management to support you in maintaining an online community, newsletter, blog, or other offering
🖋️ Copywriter
Let’s work together! (DIY)
I think my copy is pretty good, but I need someone to give it a little more polish. I’m more interested in feedback than having someone write something from scratch.
- Editorial support to provide feedback and strategic rewrites on any written copy related to your business, including your website, landing pages, social media assets, and directory listings
- Algorithmic audits to offer notes on content that may be suppressed, not ranking on search, or otherwise non-discoverable
- SEO consulting to advise on how to improve content performance on search engines (blog posts, landing pages, etc)
- Sensitivity reads to raise flags around language use specific to communities and/or clinical accuracy (neurodiversity paradigm, LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, etc)
Let me handle it! (delegate)
I’ll be blunt: I’m definitely not a writer, and I would love to hand off my ideas to someone who is!
- Copywriting of any kind! This includes ads, landing pages, websites, directory bios, social media copy, newsletters, blogs, mission statements, email templates, intake forms — if it involves words that are meant to educate, persuade, or empower, I’m here to help!

Focus on what lights you up. Leave the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pick and choose what services I want?
Yes! The work we do together will always be personalized to what you need. Once we get a sense of your goals, I’ll send you a work proposal that you can amend until you’re happy with it.
What if I’m not sure what type of support I’m looking for? All three sound pretty good…
It’s okay if you aren’t sure what would be helpful right now! You can book a discovery call and we can explore what makes the most sense at this time.
In that call, I’m looking to hear what you’re passionate about, what you can tolerate, and what you’re sick of doing — and then finding solutions to create a better balance that works for you.
Is this expensive? I’m not fabulously wealthy.
I am committed to offering support that works within your budget wherever possible.
Generally, my rates are:
- $45/hr for keyword research, social media and community management, account setups, and other logistical work
- $65/hr for editorial support (writing, editing, etc)
- $99/hr for strategy calls with existing clients
- $175 for a 75 minute “one-off” (single) strategy call
Most social media posts take about two hours to create, so I typically charge a flat rate of $125 per non-video post (like an Instagram carousel).
I’m not sure I can afford your rates.
If this isn’t within your budget, please consider reaching out regardless! For small businesses, I may be able to negotiate depending on my capacity.
What if my budget doesn’t match the number of hours a project will take?
This happens more often than you’d think!
This is why, when we start our work together, we’ll talk a lot about your goals so we can prioritize any tasks you consider important to you, and explore alternatives that might achieve the same end while remaining within your budget.
Most of the time, my clients will start with a small budget and when our efforts pay off (they take on more clients, fill workshops, etc), they’re able to expand their budget to reach new goals.
Either way, it’s okay to start small!
Are there any types of practitioners you won’t work with?
Yes! Anything that resembles conversion therapy is an automatic decline. Additionally, if your work is focused on intentional weight loss, I will also decline.
If the population you work with is largely outside of my scope of lived experience (for example, BIPOC communities), I’ll always give you the option to be referred to someone in my network who shares that experience.
Lastly, if you request content that uses a medium I’m not as familiar with, I may recommend that we call in additional supports (an audio/video editor, web designer, paid ad expert, etc).
Do you design websites or launch social media channels “from scratch”?
Yes! I may bring in an outside designer depending on the project and what you have in mind. But I do work with clients who don’t have anything launched yet!
Why should I trust you? You’re not a [therapist, somatic practitioner, dietitian, astrologer, etc]…
Quick question: Are you marketing to your colleagues, or are you marketing to clients who don’t have the same vocabulary and expertise? 😏
I’m not saying this to be snarky! (Okay, maybe a little.) But think about it: Who are you trying to reach?
The specializations I’ve listed are ones that I know inside and out both as a client, and as a journalist, digital creator, and marketer who has worked with similar clients in the past.
My area of expertise is taking specialized language and jargon, and making it accessible and resonant with the folks you’re trying to reach. And I’m really good at it!
If you don’t believe me, you’re welcome to explore my portfolio, just to get a sense of the impact I’ve had as a lived experience advocate and writer.
I have another question. Can I email you?
Absolutely! Send me an email and ask away. Looking forward to hearing from you!
